Creating a Dash
There are two ways to create a Dash clip:
Manually - by clicking the Capture screen button in the main app
Automatically - by using the Replay feature which continuously record and store screen activity on your device
You can easily make a clip with the system-wide hotkey!
Command + Option + R on Mac or Control + Alt + R on Windows.
By default, a new window will pop up containing a screen recording.
You can decide whether to use this Dash locally or upload it securely to your workspace if you're authenticated.
Clip History
The Clip history view is a listing of all the clips available to your, either created manually or automatically by Dashcam. When clicking on the thumbnail of a clip you access it so you can edit and ultimately upload it to your workspace.
Dashcam will append a new clip to your clip history when stopping recording.
