Frame Rate

Frame rate, or frames per second (FPS), can be changed to create smoother and more lifelike Clips. Through this setting, you can increase or decrease the FPS used by Dashcam to record your clips.

Sound Effects

Dashcam plays some sound effects when certain actions occur, such as manual clipping, upload complete, etc. Toggle this setting off to get rid of the sound effects.

Start at Login

Launch Dashcam and automatically start recording every time you start your computer.

Open Clip Editor on clip

When you create a clip manually, this option lets you enable or disable the opening of the Clip Editor.

Catch Errors

This feature allows Dashcam to automatically capture clips when the word "error" is detected in the log file that are being tracked.
